Welding - Traverse City $18-25/hr

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robot Welder to join our fabrication team. In this role, you’ll work with MIG and TIG welding processes, including robotic welding systems, to manufacture high-quality products based on detailed customer specifications.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel
• Operate and assist with robotic welding systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Set up and adjust machines and tools to produce quality parts
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers) to ensure accuracy
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of welding experience preferred (MIG/TIG)
• Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving ability
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Safety-first mindset

Bonus: Forklift certification or experience is a plus
