Warehouse Order Selector - Dearborn - $17.50-20/hr

As a Selector you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders in a warehouse setting. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to operated motorized equipment ( forklifts, reach trucks, and clamp machines).

Responsibilities

• Follow directives from leads and. or supervisors
• Maintain accuracy to ensure error-free operations
• Navigate warehouse to efficiently fulfill customer orders
• Lift weights from 1lb to 70 lbs safely
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards following all regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of warehouse operations

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift as needed.
