Shipping Coordinator $17-20/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join a team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are shipped efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the shipping process from start to finish.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Communicate with carriers and suppliers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Implement and improve shipping procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Chauffer license is required.
• Box truck driving experience required
• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
