Seating Manufacturing $21-24/hr

Gill Staffing is hiring for a leading manufacturer of transportation seating ! If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and building quality products, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble complex seating components using blueprints and work instructions
• Use power tools, drills, impact wrenches, clamps, and other assembly equipment
• Measure and align parts to ensure a precise fit
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
• Enter production information into the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report any equipment or product issues

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately
• Comfortable using power and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working around fiberglass and manufacturing materials
• Ability to drive a stand up hilo is a plus
