A leading provider of high-end food products is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Line Workers to join their team and support our food production operations.

Position Summary
The Production Line Worker performs repetitive tasks on a designated production line to manufacture, assemble, inspect, and package products while maintaining company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor machines throughout the production process
  • Load raw materials into machinery as needed
  • Maintain necessary supplies for machines and production lines
  • Assemble, portion, label, and package food products according to specifications
  • Inspect products for defects, contamination, or inconsistencies
  • Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times
  • Maintain clean workstations and assist with sanitation procedures
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hairnets, gloves, beard nets (if applicable), bump caps, and safety glasses
  • Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
  • Report equipment malfunctions, product concerns, or safety issues to a supervisor immediately
  • Meet established production quotas and efficiency expectations
  • Assist with line setup, changeovers, and other production support tasks as assigned
  • Communicate with runners and team members regarding machine and product needs
  • Cross-train to assist with runner duties or cover absences when necessary
  • Follow directions from Department Manager and Floor Supervisor
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8–12 hours)
  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and reach
  • Ability to work in a cold or refrigerated environment

Work Environment

  • Food production facility with machinery and moderate noise levels
  • Temperature-controlled areas including refrigerated environments
  • Strict adherence to sanitation and PPE requirements
