What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment and assembly stations
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Perform repetitive assembly and manufacturing tasks
- Inspect parts for quality
- Work safely while meeting production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and Fit-for-Duty assessment
- Ability to provide two work references
- Available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Must successfully complete the interview process
