Production Associate $18/hr

Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Join our growing team at a licensed pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, where your work directly supports the production of life-saving medications.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with cGMP and SOP standards
• Conduct in-process inspections and document results with high attention to accuracy and compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas following strict hygiene and safety protocols
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Packaging, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless production flow

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocol is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
