A trusted Tier 1 automotive interior trim manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking Injection Molding Machine Operators and Assemblers to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality automotive plastic components.
• Perform part inspection, trimming, and finishing to meet quality standards.
• Assemble plastic components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Accurately follow written instructions, work orders, and quality checklists.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in injection molding, plastics, or machine operation (preferred but not required — we provide training!).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.

Pay starts at $18.59 on 1st shift, $19.04 on 2nd and $19.39 on 3rd shift.
