Pattern Assembler $17-18/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Create, repair, and maintain patterns used in the casting process.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAD drawings.
• Work with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and foundry staff to ensure proper pattern design and function.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and work from detailed technical drawings.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
