Machine Operator/Assembler - $16.50 to start!

Overview 
We are seeking Machine Operator/Assemblers to join a dynamic team based in Williamsburg. This U.S.-based manufacturer deliverers high-quality, custom-molded solutions to clients worldwide. The ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing setting or be motivated to learn! This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality control, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performs process and quality verifications.

· Load assembly fixtures.

· Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in part production.

· Visually inspect parts for any defects during molding and assembly per job instructions.

· Fill out downtime and/or defective part sheets.

· Ability to comprehend work orders.

· Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

· Other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ability to multitask in role to maintain production standards.

· Acts as first person for verifying and understanding safety protocols.

· May be certified in hi-lo and/or overhead crane operation.

Qualifications, Experience, and Specific Skills Required:

Education/Experience: High School or equivalent preferred, no prior experience necessary.

Specific Skills: Maintain professional working relationships. Communicate effectively with co-workers. Remain in stationary position for majority of shift. Frequently transport items weighing up to 25 pounds.
