Laborer - Foundry - $17-18/hr

This is a great opportunity to learn skilled trades, grow within a stable company, and be part of a team producing high-quality cast metal products used nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with finishing metal castings.
• Operate tools, machinery, and material handling equipment.
• Clean and prep molds and work areas.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and hardworking individuals who aren’t afraid of physical work.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Previous foundry, manufacturing, or construction experience is helpful — but not required!

Job Details:

• Full-time, long-term opportunity.
• Temp-to-hire position with opportunity for growth.
• Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
• Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday
