Part-Time | Temporary Assignment
$17.00 per Hour

We are seeking two dependable individuals for a short-term, part-time opportunity working in the floral department at a major retail warehouse store in Traverse City.

This assignment is expected to last approximately 2–3 weeks and will involve maintaining attractive floral displays and ensuring fresh product is stocked and organized daily.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish fresh floral products
• Organize and maintain floral displays and coolers
• Remove damaged or outdated product
• Keep displays clean, neat, and visually appealing
• Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness
• Assist with merchandising and presentation of floral products
• Maintain a clean work area and follow store safety procedures

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in refrigerated cooler environments
• Ability to lift, carry, and move floral products and displays
• Previous retail, merchandising, stocking, grocery, floral, or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Seven days per week coverage required
• Two associates will share the schedule to ensure daily coverage
• Candidates must be available to start immediately
• Both selected candidates will start together for initial training
