CNC Team Lead $19-21/hr

This position requires an individual skilled in CNC machining, a strong technical background and leadership capabilities so ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production process.

Leadership:

Lead and supervise a team of CNC machine operators during the 2nd shift.

Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

CNC Machine Operation:

Operate CNC machines and ensure adherence to production schedules.

Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.

Maintain high standards of precision and quality in machining processes.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold standards.

Coordinate with other departments, such as assembly and tooling, to facilitate a seamless production workflow.

Collaborate with supervisors from other shifts for effective communication and transition of responsibilities.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
