2nd Shift Assembly – $20/Hour | Four-Day Workweek

Gill Staffing is hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Associates for a well-established manufacturer located on the north side of Holland.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to see a product built from beginning to end.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.

Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek, with overtime scheduled on Fridays as needed.

Pay

$20.00 per hour to start

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products from beginning to end
• Follow detailed and complex work instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and accurately
• Inspect completed work for quality
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work overtime on Fridays when required

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Ability to work the full shift and required overtime
