a successful career
compensating our employees for their tenure
and performance
Your success as a Gill Staffing employee depends
on your performance on assignments. Here are some suggestions that
are sure to help:
- Always arrive at your assignment a few minutes early.
- Wear proper attire. We will be glad to assist you if you would
like suggestions. Clothes depicting drug or alcohol symbols or
slogans, displaying profanity, restrictively tight or excessively
loose are not acceptable.
- Introduce yourself to the person to whom you are reporting.
- Be adaptable. Do your best to adjust to the routines of each
company and establish good working relationships.
- Ask questions concerning the work you are to do, how to properly
answer the telephone, important names to remember, when and where
you are to eat lunch, etc.
- Show initiative. When you complete your work, notify your supervisor
and ask if there is any more work you can do.
- Avoid making personal phone calls. Leave Gill Staffing’s
office number as an emergency number, should someone need to
contact you.

your supervisor.

and everyone around you turn even the most difficult project into a satisfying
