our expectations
we need your best effort on
the job
Gill Staffing provides an excellent benefit
program to compensate our employees for their tenure and performance!
- Arrive on time, ready to work. Know the name of the person to whom you
are reporting. If it’s your first day on the assignment, allow yourself
enough time to arrive 15 minutes early.
- Call Gill Staffing (455-8600) 2 hours prior to your shift if
you know that you will be late or absent. If it is after hours,
leave a message on our voice mail clearly stating your name,
the company where you are working and phone number. There is
no excuse for not calling in. A No Call / No Show will be considered
a voluntary “Quit Without Notice.”
- If you desire to leave an assignment, you are required to give
three (3) working days notice to Gill Staffing. Leaving an assignment
before its completion without notifying Gill Staffing is “walking
off” and will be considered a voluntary “Quit Without
Notice.”
- Three (3) absences or tardies in any three (3) month period
can result in termination. Some of our clients may require you
to adhere to their own policies which may be different.
We work very hard trying to find you a good job! Our clients
are well-known companies that expect their own employees to maintain an above
average attendance and tardiness record. Our customers expect the same above
average performance from you! We continually find that the most important factor
in a company’s employee selection process is past attendance and tardiness
records. We share our attendance records with other area employers who are
seeking pre-employment data. We want your attendance record to open up many
job opportunities for you.
